After their first year on campus, upperclass students have the opportunity to live in Housing I, IV, or V on the Galloway campus, or in the Atlantic City residence hall.

Housing I, colloquially known as 鈥淭he Courts,鈥 is located across Lake Fred on what is informally designated the upperclass student side of the Galloway campus. The Courts opened in 1972 as the first housing option available, and consist of 255 garden-style apartments for just over a thousand students. Labeled A-H, The Courts each connote an aspect of the surrounding forest (for example, E for Elderberry, F for Fern, and G for Greenbriar). Most units include two bedrooms intended for five people, with a full kitchen, living room, and one bathroom. Housing I is also known for being one of the more affordable options on campus. Because the Courts are the oldest housing on campus, they are the site of many alumni memories. Some alumni even pay to return to campus in the summer and stay in their old apartments with their former roommates for reunion events.

Housing IV and V, two additional options for upperclass students, are also located across the lake on the main campus. Housing IV consists of eight buildings with two-bedroom apartments and accommodates 244 students. Housing V includes 4-bedroom suites reserved for 388 continuing students. Housing V, opened in 2008, is the newest complex on the main campus. It has a game room on the bottom floor as well as a laundry room in each building.

Whether students hang out in one of the gazebos by Housing IV, play a quick pick-up basketball game in the courts by Housing V, or enjoy the home-away-from-home feeling of Housing I, the main campus upperclass student housing options are sure to make their stay at Stockton something special.
