Change Proxy Access

  1. Access Proxy Management via goStockton portal.

    Log into the Stockton Portal to begin the Proxy management process.

    Location of the Proxy Management link in the goStockton portal.
    From the Student Services tab of the goStockton portal, click on proxy management link.

     

  2. Select the Proxy User to modify and change permissions.

    Note: There is no save button in this area, selections made in the tabbed area are saved automatically.

    Click expand to reveal additional proxy settings.
    Select the Proxy user you would like to change by clicking expand next to their name.
    Click the authorizations tab, then check the boxes to grant your proxy access to view all or specific areas of your student record.
    Click the authorizations tab, then check or un-check the boxes to change proxy access to areas of your student record.
     
  3. Deleting a Proxy User 

    Click expand to reveal additional proxy settings.
    Select the Proxy user you would like to delete by clicking expand next to their name.
    Deleting a proxy user
    From the profile tab, choose the option to Delete the Proxy Relationship.

     

    Note: When you delete a Proxy, an email is sent to that proxy to inform them they've been removed from your account.
