On January 28, 2017, President Trump signed an executive order that, for 90 days, effectively suspends entry into the United States by non-immigrant foreign nationals from the following nations:  Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.   Though limited exceptions were set forth in the executive order, F-1 student visa holders, B-1/B-2 visitors鈥 visas, and temporary work visas were not among them.

As such, 快猫成版视频 students and employees who are in the United States on a non-immigrant visa should refrain from travel outside of the United States if you intend to return while the re-entry restriction is in effect.   As for legal permanent residents (i.e., 鈥済reen card鈥 holders) from those nations, in a statement, dated January 29, 2017, Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly clarified that President Trump鈥檚 executive order would not prohibit entry into the United States by lawful permanent residents, however, evaluations will continue to be based upon 鈥渃ase-by-case determinations.鈥
