Meet the Ombuds Officer
Dr. Karen A. Reardon recently joined 快猫成版视频 as the Ombuds Officer. Dr. Reardon was selected following an extensive search. In this role, she will focus on confidentially facilitating employee conflict mitigation and resolution. She is available at ext. 4591.
Dr. Reardon鈥檚 considerable experience includes serving as a mediator and lawyer. She is a tenured faculty member of LaSalle University鈥檚 Department of Management and Leadership where she teaches dispute resolution, ethics and law, and trains members of the La Salle Faculty Mediation Committee. She has published numerous articles on various topics including dispute resolution and complex problem solving.
Dr. Reardon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor degree at Vanderbilt University School of Law and received a Doctor in Philosophy degree at the University of Michigan.
