Emergency Management

The four phases of Emergency Management make up a continuous cycle of planning and action undertaken by Stockton Office of Emergency Management to ensure 快猫成版视频 maintains a comprehensive approach to Emergency Management, while maximizing the safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors.
This phase-based model is based on an understanding that disasters are events that continue over a period of time and that can be described in terms of a life cycle.
